Description
準備一軟墊或抱枕,先以右腳往前跨,後膝跪於其上,後腳背打直貼在地面上,前腿膝蓋向前頂,接著再把右手手掌撐在前腿的膝蓋上,施加一些力量往下壓,接著舉起左手後,再往後拉起右腳,左手繼續撐在左膝上,使臀部做微幅地前後移動。
