Description
仰躺在地面上,左腳屈膝,右腳腳踝外側撐在左腳膝蓋上,呈翹腳動作。膝蓋先主動小幅度前後搖擺,搖擺時臀部必須盡量貼緊地面,接著在不會不舒服的情況下用右手去推右膝,推動三到五次後就換邊操作。
